As the Marketing Manager at the Novus Center, I played a pivotal role in a regenerative medicine cash clinic. Here, insurance coverage was a rarity, and new patients rarely arrived through conventional channels, despite the remarkable outcomes achieved through innovative treatments like Stem Cell Exosome Therapy, Peptides, and Hormone Balancing.
These therapies had proven to be highly effective in addressing a range of issues, including sexual dysfunction, joint pain, hair loss, and overall wellness.

My role was to be the vanguard of patient outreach. Recognizing that cold calling individuals about their intimate health wasn't an effective strategy, I needed to inspire potential patients to reach out to us proactively.

My primary strategy was content creation. I took the lead in producing content and implementing strategies, resulting in a doubling of YouTube subscribers annually and the acquisition of over 160k followers on TikTok from a blank canvas.

This content-driven approach not only expanded our online presence but also attracted high-quality leads. By building a trustworthy brand that educated on innovative health approaches and offering entertaining content, we successfully destigmatized sexual wellness and fostered an open dialogue around sex positivity.
TikTok's DikFixers
Despite the challenges of creating viral content with medically trained talent who were not accustomed to performing, I successfully collaborated with them to translate their extensive knowledge into an easily understandable format. I combined their expertise with my own text and visual enhancements to craft engaging content, unafraid to tackle the most sensitive topics.
