Project Coordination
Success isn't accidental. It demands careful planning and execution.
I don't just dream big; I turn those dreams into reality through careful and strategic planning.
Infamy Fantasy Esports
In 2019, I, along with my lifelong friends, co-founded Infamy Fantasy Esports. Born out of our passion for competitive gaming cultivated during our childhoods, witnessing the transformation of gaming into the thriving industry of Esports ignited our entrepreneurial spirit.

We recognized an opportunity to contribute something unique to the Esports landscape. As avid gamers, we pondered: What if we could turn the spectator aspect of Esports back into an engaging game? The answer to this question gave birth to the concept of Infamy Fantasy Esports.

Much like traditional sports fans, Esports enthusiasts often fancy themselves as experts. Leveraging this insight, we introduced Fantasy Esports on Infamy. Users are armed with a virtual "$100" to assemble a team of 5 players they believe will deliver the most impressive stats, earning them coveted Infamy Points and the prestigious title of the "Infamous." Because, as we know, the greatest are often the most hated.

Infamy Fantasy Esports transforms the passive act of watching into an interactive and strategic gaming experience, inviting users to test their predictions and gaming acumen, vying for prize pools and the ultimate bragging rights within the Infamy community.
The Evolution of Infamy
As the dedicated Project Manager, I spearheaded the growth of Infamy Fantasy Esports from the ground up. Overseeing every facet, from legal affairs and investor relations to product development, branding, and marketing, I ensured a continuous and dynamic momentum for our venture.

Early in Infamy's evolution, I successfully secured over $100,000 in investment funds. However, faced with a hurdle when the initially engaged developers proved ill-equipped for the project, we found ourselves back at square one.

Undeterred, we embraced a hands-on approach, running Fantasy Tournaments manually using Google Sheets. Despite the cumbersome process, where users had to navigate their own price calculations, our community continued to grow.

With the recruitment of a new developer to the team, we pushed the limits of what was achievable on Google Sheets, crafting a fully detailed Leaderboard and Stats page for our users.

Following the resounding success of our Fantasy Valorant Tournaments, we expanded our offerings to include Fantasy Overwatch and Fantasy Rainbow 6 Siege. This expansion solidified our position as the premier destination for Fantasy First Person Shooter Esports.

After overcoming various challenges through trial and error, we successfully transcended our humble beginnings on Google Sheets, evolving into a fully-fledged platform at infamy.gg. Check out these shorts of Pro Overwatch players using Infamy!

Through strategic networking, I leveraged numerous opportunities to pitch Infamy to potential investors.

As well as at the end of our time in Amuka Esports' Level SIX Esports Incubator.
Pitching the Vision

Infamy currently hosts tournaments that bring together hundreds of passionate esports fans. Within this dynamic community, they find common ground in both good-natured trash talk and a shared love for their favorite teams and players on our Discord Server.

Talent Management
Shortly after graduating Emerson College, I got my first big opportunity as a Talent Coordinator at Lil Angels Unlimited. I worked there for nearly 5 years managing a bi-coastal roster of over 500 actors and stage moms, navigating the weekly whirlwind of last minute auditions and deadlines.

In this role, I successfully pitched clients for high-profile projects, including the Avatar sequels, You, and Pretty Little Liars. My role extended to confirming smooth operations between Production, Agents, and Talent by acting as a crucial liaison.

Engaging in persistent scouting and recruiting of new talent, I made strategic decisions to part ways with existing talent when necessary. Additionally, I played a key role in assisting clients with the development of their personal brand and public image.
